Services
at your Home
CADNY
Computer Services must receive full access to the product(s) to be
serviced, an adult’s consent to enter the residence, a safe working
space and electrical power.
Payment due upon completion
Unless
other arrangements are agreed upon beforehand, all work must be paid
for in full upon completion. CADNY accepts cash, local checks and all
major credit cards.
Back-up your data
CADNY
will not be responsible for loss, alteration, or corruption of any
software or data.
Warranty
CADNY
guarantees our services for 30 days. If there is an issue related to
the original problem, and you notify us within 30 days, CADNY will work
to remedy the problem quickly at no extra cost. Most parts have a 1-year warranty and will be noted on
your invoice if applicable.
EULAs
CADNY
will accept End User License Agreements on your behalf, to install
software.
Loss or Damage
If
damage or loss occurs to your product while in CADNY’s possession or
control, regardless of causation or fault, you are entitled to repair
or replacement of the product itself only.
Limitation of Remedy
To the
extent permitted by law, and excepting CADNY's responsibility to repair
or replace the product itself as detailed above, you agree that CADNY’s
liability for damages related to its services is limited to the
amount you paid for the services, and you
release CADNY from liability
for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

meets all clients by appointment, if a meeting is required, even
